Terms & Disclaimer

1. Who we are

WAWA ("we", "us") is a day trading community. This website promotes partner proprietary-trading firms via the discount / affiliate code WAWA, and we run giveaways for members of our Discord server. We are not a broker, financial institution, prop firm, or investment adviser.

2. Giveaway terms

  • Giveaways are free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Buying an evaluation account, or anything else, from a partner firm is not required to enter and does not improve your chances. We do not run giveaways based on purchases.
  • Giveaways run in the WAWA Discord server. You enter by pressing the entry button on the giveaway post; you must be a member of the server to enter and to receive a prize.
  • Every entrant starts with one entry. Some giveaways award additional entries for holding certain Discord roles, or for activity in the server before and during the giveaway. Any role that is required or excluded, and any extra entries on offer, are shown on the giveaway post itself.
  • Members who have won recently may have their entry count reduced for a period, so that prizes are spread across the community.
  • One person, one Discord account. We may reject entries and disqualify members for using alternate accounts, automation or self-bots, or for spamming the server to inflate activity-based entries — and for anything else we reasonably believe to be an attempt to game a draw.
  • Winners are drawn at random from valid entries, weighted by entry count, and are announced and contacted in the WAWA Discord. Unclaimed prizes may be redrawn after 7 days.
  • Prizes have no cash value and no cash alternative. Where a prize is an account with a prop firm, it is fulfilled by that firm and is subject to that firm's own terms.
  • Giveaways are void where prohibited by law. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.
  • We reserve the right to amend, pause, or cancel a giveaway at any time, and to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms.
  • Our giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Discord or any partner firm.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing on this website, in our Discord, streams or social media is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Content is for education and entertainment only. Trading futures and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. Past performance — ours, our members', or anyone else's — does not guarantee future results. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

4. Prop firm relationships

We may receive compensation when you purchase from partner firms using code WAWA or our links (affiliate relationships). This is how the community is funded, and it is separate from our giveaways — see section 2. Partner firms are independent companies: we do not operate them, hold your funds, or control their evaluations, rules, payouts, or customer service. Account details shown on this site (prices, rules, splits) are provided for convenience, can become outdated at any time, and are always superseded by the firm's own published terms — verify before purchasing.

5. Fair use of the site and Discord

You agree not to submit false or manipulated information, impersonate others, use multiple accounts to gain entries, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the operation of the site, our Discord bot, or the server. Doing so results in disqualification and may result in removal from the community.

6. Liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAWA and its team are not liable for any losses arising from trading decisions, prop firm actions, giveaway outcomes, or use of this website.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; the latest version on this page applies. Continued use of the site or participation in giveaways constitutes acceptance.
