1. Who we are

WAWA ("we", "us") is a day trading community. This website promotes partner proprietary-trading firms via the discount / affiliate code WAWA and runs giveaways for community members. We are not a broker, financial institution, prop firm, or investment adviser.

2. Giveaway terms

  • Entry requires purchasing an evaluation account from a partner firm using code WAWA and submitting a valid order confirmation, and being a member of the WAWA Discord server.
  • Each verified, unique order equals one entry. No entry limit.
  • Entries are reviewed manually. We may reject entries that are duplicated, altered, illegible, purchased outside the giveaway window, or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent — including entries from multiple accounts operated by the same person.
  • Winners are drawn from valid entries and announced in the WAWA Discord. Winners are contacted through Discord; unclaimed prizes may be redrawn after 7 days.
  • Prizes are evaluation accounts (or as otherwise announced) and have no cash value and no cash alternative. Prizes are fulfilled through the relevant prop firm and are subject to that firm's own terms.
  • The giveaway is void where prohibited by law. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.
  • We reserve the right to amend, pause, or cancel a giveaway round at any time, and to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing on this website, in our Discord, streams or social media is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Content is for education and entertainment only. Trading futures and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. Past performance — ours, our members', or anyone else's — does not guarantee future results. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

4. Prop firm relationships

We may receive compensation when you purchase from partner firms using code WAWA or our links (affiliate relationships). Partner firms are independent companies: we do not operate them, hold your funds, or control their evaluations, rules, payouts, or customer service. Account details shown on this site (prices, rules, splits) are provided for convenience, can become outdated at any time, and are always superseded by the firm's own published terms — verify before purchasing.

5. Fair use of the site

You agree not to submit false or manipulated proof, impersonate others, use multiple accounts to gain entries, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the operation of the site. Doing so results in disqualification and may result in removal from the community.

7. Liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAWA and its team are not liable for any losses arising from trading decisions, prop firm actions, giveaway outcomes, or use of this website.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; the latest version on this page applies. Continued use of the site or participation in giveaways constitutes acceptance.
